(SNN) - The world has lost a beloved entertainer in Mr. Robin Williams, with his death on August 11th, 2014. With his passing, Williams left a legacy of laughter, tender moments, charity, and fond memories. The following is a tribute to Robin Williams in the form of the top five movie scenes as shared by the Youtube community.

No. 1 - Good Will Hunting – The Park Bench Scene

Released in 1997, Good Will Hunting is a drama film starring Matt Damon, Robin Williams and Ben Affleck. The storyline follows a South Boston labourer, Will Hunting, played by Matt Damon who becomes a patient of Dr. Sean Maguire, played by the late Robin Williams. This scene, which takes the top spot on our list, shows William's character upset with Damon, a performance where you can actually feel the emotion behind what his character is saying. No. 2 - Good Morning Vietnam -  The Adrian Cronauer's First Broadcast Scene

Set in Saigon in 1965, during the Vietnam War, Good Morning Vietnam was the perfect platform for Robin Williams' frantic delivery. In this scene Robin Williams plays Adrian Cronauer, a radio DJ on Armed Forces Radio Service. This scene shows Cronauer take the microphone for the first time; and in just a few seconds, transforms the radio station and infuriates his superiors. Views: 774,804

No. 3 - Popeye - “I'm Popeye the Sailor Man” Scene

Not considered a box-office success, Popeye is a 1980 musical comedy live-action film adaptation of the Popeye comic strip. Robin Williams plays Popeye to perfection and delivers such an animated performance that the movie feels like the Saturday morning cartoons. In this scene, Williams sings the much loved theme song titled “I'm Popeye the Sailor Man”. Views: 722,761

No. 4 - Aladdin – The "Friend Like Me" Scene

It was hard not to see Robin Williams leap off the screen as the character Genie in this 1992 animated musical fantasy released by Walt Disney Pictures. The song “Friend Like Me” delivers a humorous voice performance from Williams and has earned 485,123 Youtube Views.

No. 5 - Patch Adams – The Children's Ward Scene

Robin Williams portrays the lead character, Patch Adams in the1998 semi-biographical comedy-drama with the same title. Directed by Tom Shadyac, it is based on the life story of Dr. Hunter "Patch" Adams. Patch brings joy and “laughter, the best medicine” to the patients in the Children's Ward. With 355,457 YouTube views, this scene earned our number five spot.
