Harper and Cabinet preparing for Kim Jung-un's visit.

The Canada-North Korea summit's goal is to relieve tension between the west and North Korea.

(SNN) – In an effort to make the stubby despot feel at home, Prime Minister Harper and his cabinet have undergone a cosmetic overhaul in an effort to make the little tyrant comfortable. “With Kim Jung-un causing so much tension in the world, we thought we would make extra effort to make him feel right at home.,” said government spokesperson Dee Opey. “At first the PM was reluctant to undergo such as transformation, but after seeing a recent CBC survey, he saw the light.”

Opey advised that a recent survey by the CBC showed that most small, stubby people holding absolute authority suffer from narcissistic personality disorder, with sociopathic tendencies . The survey concluded that the best way to communicate with a person with this form of mental illness was to mirror their personality. “Our government are pretty quick and rather smart at international relations,” said D. Opey. “We are hoping that once Kim Jung-un believes we are just like him, we can get down to some business.”

The Canada-North Korea summit's goal is to relieve tension between the West and North Korea.

“Personally, I don't hold much hope in this working,” said Thomas Mulcair, leader of the official opposition. “We had argued for Harper to dress up as Park Jae-sang (Psy), and the cabinet to go as his back-up Gangnam Style dancers.”

Mulcair's suggestion was disregarded as just silly by Prime Minister Harper.
